This is the best pan money can buy. The stainless tri ply construction is incredibly sturdy, and heats evenly. The non stick coating is excellent. Baked on and sticky foods that would adhere to any other surface simply slide right off. I made butter brickle in the oven in this pan and it popped right out after it cooled. And I didn't spray or coat the pan with a nonstick oil. This is simply the best. You will own this pan for a lifetime. Well worth the price.

Cooks evenly, cleans easily, and looks new after 1 year of use. I've used it for cornbread, roasted veggies, and au gratin potatoes, and everything comes out terrific. This pan is like a brick, and I foresee it lasting for many years. I'm devastated that Gourmet Standard is no longer in business because they made phenomenal products.

I have had this cake pan for several months now and have used it probably about two dozen times now, and as far as I can tell by looking at the pan it still looks brand-new and to find it a double walled stainless steel cake pan with a non-stick coating was almost impossible but I found this one and could not be happier for it cooks evenly for I have not found any uneven cooking areas on the cakes that I have used the pan for four everything comes out in a nice even brown color and the cake pan itself is very sturdy, certainly not like your typical Chinese made cake pans that you buy at your local discount store. So as of today 30 December 2010. This pan is still working flawlessly for none of the nonstick is coming off and like I said before I could not be happier.
