Great, use it for fluted financiers

I'm sure other buyers have different uses for this mold, but for me it's excellent for fluted almond financiers, specifically Hubert Keller's recipe. Just make sure you double-pan to protect the bottoms, and butter probably isn't necessary here. The one issue with silicone is you can't really rotate the mold ahead to let the edges climb more easily. You'll have to let the batter sit then tap it on the countertop to remove the bubbles that would otherwise turn them into cupcakes.
